"JJ and his team have truly been great. I recently purchased a home and decided to shop insurance and JJ made it super easy on me. He’d call email and text to help. The rates were great and he took the time to walk me thru all the coverages and discounts, etc…. I also changed my mind several times and decided to not use certain coverages and he handled the situation with grace. If you are looking for an agent you should give these folks a call."

"I would NOT recommend JJ Grantham - State Fram Insurance Agent's office to anyone. In June, I canceled my previous policies with the understanding that I would be saving money by choosing State Farm Insurance. I left an agent I had been with for several years, with the expectation that I would be saving much needed money. The original quote was great. I switched over promptly and canceled my other policy. Within one month I received a bill for almost double the agreed upon amount. JJ's office would not honor the original quote and could only say "sorry, there was a mistake in the system". Now I am stuck with an insurance bill that I can't afford & scrambling to find a new policy before auto-billing hits. If you want an insurance bill that is the same cost as your car payment, this is the office to call!"

Our team did reach out to the underwriters to see if this could be corrected, but apparently they were able to see and account for a previous accident that wasn't showing on our side when we submitted the application. "Recently my vehicle was falsely reported as having been the cause of a hit and run incident. Upon first receiving notice of this alleged incident, the employees at JJ Grantham immediately helped out by having me bring in my vehicle, and took multiple photos of my undamaged vehicle. They then worked with the State Farms claims case worker to provide this photographic proof to the other persons insurance within just hours of my being notified of this claim against me. They also offered further assistance to provide any statements and additional help should the police dept that took the other persons statement need any more information. I am very thankful for the people at JJ Grantham's office for all of their great support. I have been with them for many years, and plan to continue to stay with them."
