"Recently my vehicle was falsely reported as having been the cause of a hit and run incident. Upon first receiving notice of this alleged incident, the employees at JJ Grantham immediately helped out by having me bring in my vehicle, and took multiple photos of my undamaged vehicle. They then worked with the State Farms claims case worker to provide this photographic proof to the other persons insurance within just hours of my being notified of this claim against me. They also offered further assistance to provide any statements and additional help should the police dept that took the other persons statement need any more information. I am very thankful for the people at JJ Grantham's office for all of their great support. I have been with them for many years, and plan to continue to stay with them."

"Can never get in contact with JJ. Always goes straight to voice-mail. We've had a pipe burst in our home and it's been nearly 4 days. Still haven't heard from anyone. It's dead of winter and we have to keep the water running to prevent any more pipe damage as requested by plumbers. Submitted a claim as soon as we discovered the problem. No one reached out to us. Called JJ and no answer the following day. So we called customer service and they were asking where the leak is and how we know it's under the slab. Very clearly under the slab when the walls aren't soaked. Also difficult to explain where it is when they don't have the layout of the house and it's in an awkward corner. Their adjusters apparently don't work on weekends?! Water is flowing into my house and no one can help me? What good neighbor is this? Got a plumber out here and they identified its under the slab but they can't pin point *where* under the slab so we have to call someone else. And we can't get ahold of that person either. Take my advice, Farmers Insurance is WAAAAYYY better. We had a similar issue back in August 2021, and had no idea how wonderful farmers would handle it. We called our agent there, they *actually answer the phone*, and they did everything for us. We didn't have to organize so many different things just to do StateFarms job for them. I'd give a 0 if I could. Waiting nearly 4 days to hear from anyone when I have water flowing into my home is ridiculous. Why do I pay for this?"

Despite likely drawing a significant amount of scrutiny for this decision; my current wife and I have decided to have JJ cover our home and autos. First and foremost, JJ Grantham's customer service is so on-point that I sometimes wonder if my ex is secretly playing some elaborate long con to get back at me, lulling me into a sense of security. Every time I get in touch, it's as though they have a hotline to my insurance needs, almost like my ex-wife somehow channeled her nagging skills into their service (but don't tell her I said that). Despite our history, I've come to appreciate her presence at JJ Grantham State Farm because it's clear she's a true professional. Even though she could easily use her job to settle old scores, she hasn't (so far), and that's got to count for something, right? And it's all thanks to the insurance options offered by JJ Grantham. They've got me covered from accidents to natural disasters, so if my ex-wife ever gets creative, I'll be prepared!
